WisePass = new Peercover

I'm having a bad experience with WisePass, no answer to mail, no way to redeem currencies....do you have the same problem?
Do you know some alternative mail to contact them?

The problem with anonymous service providers is that the only thing they have to lose is user's trust in a service linked to a brand name.
Many users rely on BTC-e to hold their assets, but if one day, for any reason, they decide to stop servicing you, what can you do? Beg, pray, accept your destiny... And other similar options.

"if a gateway or exchange can only trade if they can prove that they are solvent, then a Gox event will not be possible. You can prove being solvent if you can prove you have the necessary cryptocoins in cold storage."

maybe it's a good idea ?

I would love it if wisepass would prove bitcoin reserves. That would make me feel a lot more comfortable using them. To answer the original poster, I use them weekly and sometimes have delays in answers which worries me, but eventually they do.

EDIT: I said "peercover" where I meant "wisepass"

Problems with mail is ok, but you send a mail to answer every one week, without even giving the answer...

I'll confirm that wispeass is no longer responding to emails or honoring redemption requests. I sent a redemption request 2014/09/21 and recevied no response or payment from wisepass despite several attempts at contact. I later also contacted someone who I know is involved with them and he said he would "let support know" but nothing came of that either.

I've marked them as "missed a payment" and soon will mark as "not trusted"
