Leave you to focus on the actually managing the fund rather than worrying about keeping your machine online. Not to mention much more secure. Just a thought.

running bots on AWS could be more efficient, but is a worse practice in terms of security.

in our policy, security has higher priority than bot efficiency or return rate.

On Vacation 9th ~ 15th December, 2014.
Just to inform that I'll be on vacation during the above period.

Market-making bots will keep running on my computer, but if anything happen (e.g. power failure) there will be nobody to restart the bots. The 1:1 quotes for buyback mechanism might be affected too (It's not fully automated yet). Dividends will be accumulated and all payments will be triggered after my vacation.

~rippledividend

We would like to announce that the Ripple Name above is now associated with our issuing address "rDVdJ62foD1sn7ZpxtXyptdkBSyhsQGviT".

For those who concern about security of our cold-wallet, we would like to stress that the association of ~rippledividend has been done without us having to go through RippleTrade registration.

Thanks to the support-team of RippleLabs who make this possible, special thanks to Bryant who patiently guide us through the whole process.

[UPDATE]
All our funds had temporarily halt all market-makings for IOUs.Bitstamp.

Although I personally have good confidence towards Bitstamp, I think it's better to minimize our risk-exposure until the whole things get clearer. Hence, we had gradually clearing out all the IOUs.Bitstamp on hands during past two days. As a result, the Funds incurred some loss due to the selling of IOUs.bitstamp in discount.

The losses faced by our BTC and USD-fund were most significant. Nevertheless, we had managed to restore their NAVs back into parity (against their pegged-currency), by utilizing the provision-funds that's accumulated in their risk-reserve-accounts.
the related transactions:
6FB1D0D02663405FB37B188BA413FE00251DDA4D69DF284E44189395575C54AE
AFCC6BFF7307A9DC2DC2F39BE583069D5C7BCC3CACF68C577543EA92D99E639A

The impact on FMM and FBM were lesser, due to their higher diversified portfolio.
We are in opinion that they could recover without having to touch their risk-reserves.

CNY-fund is totally not affected.

Following the temporarily halt of our tradings in IOUs.Bitstamp, our BTC-fund and USD-fund is now effectively idle.
(For BTC-fund, there's still a market between TheRock/btc2ripple, but the volume is ignorable).

We hope that Bitstamp will soon resume its operation and regain public confidence.
In scenario that Bitstamp couldn't make it within next few days,
we may be considering to close down our BTC and USD-funds.

Portfolio Strategy Update.
[original post: http://www.rippledividend.com/portfolio-strategy-update/ ]

We had decided to make some change to the portfolios of the following Funds.

FMM:
Adding: KRW.PaxMoneta.

FBM:
Adding: KRW.PaxMoneta, JPY.TokyoJPY.

RXM:
Adding: KRW.PaxMoneta, STR.RippleFox.
Removing: USD.LakeBTC, USD.RippleSingapore, XAG.RippleSingapore, XAU.RippleSingapore.

Rationale:
From the newly added IOUs, our Funds could derive more income streams while assuming some extra risk (i.e. gateways failure and rate-fluctuation).

IOUs.RippleSingapore and USD.LakeBTC were being removed from RXM due to their extremely low volumes. It’s better to allocate the resources for more active markets.

Effective Date:
The new portfolio strategy will be taking effect 7-days after this announcement.
