Gatehub DIsabled Wallet

I created an account on Gatehub and transfered some Bitcoins from Breadwallet through Shapeshift in order to have the required 50 XRP but the transaction never appeared in Gatehub even though it was completed in Shapeshift. The account still says "Disabled Wallet".

Am I missing something or am I doing something wrong?

That wallet is not funded. Are you trying to deliver XRP or Bitcoins to that account? Delivering XRP should work. Delivering Bitcoins won't work because the account hasn't been funded yet and so hasn't agreed to accept any assets.
